Orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, will be shipped within two business days.

 

SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

At White Moose we know you want your products quickly! We ship all products express through Startrack Express or Direct Freight Express, you will receive a tracking link in your email to know when it will arrive.

In some circumstances delivery to PO Boxes can attract a higher shipping rate. We recommend entering a street address, commercial or residential. If a PO Box or Parcel Locker is used for the shipping address your parcel may take a little longer as we do not send express. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

At White Moose we know that sometimes things don't always go to plan and on occasion an item may need to be returned or replaced. To return an item to White Moose you must provide us with your order number so we can locate your receipt.

If stock is damaged or faulty we will ship you a new product and waive the shipping fee. You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with pictures of both the item and it's packaging. Please retain the original packaging and original item to have collected and returned to White Moose. Email these to info@whitemoose.com.au 

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 30 day returns policy. To return an item please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order. The item/s must have their original packaging and be in it's original condition for re-sale. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. White Moose is not responsible for any damages or losses in transit of returned items. We recommend sending as a tracked item with insurance. A refund will be issued once the product have be received and checked by staff for breaks or damages. The refunded amount will be the price paid for the product. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Framed Canvas Prints need to be return with their plastic still in tact and corner protectors in place.
