PICKING TURN AROUND TIMES

Orders placed at any time of the year (excluding public holidays) are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days. If your order is urgent we suggest to email info@whitemoose.com.au so we can see if it may be possible to pick your order earlier.

SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

At White Moose we ship Australia wide using a number of couriers via a road service. If you need to arrange an urgent delivery please let us know by contacting us via info@whitemoose.com.au. We'll gladly advise if it's possible to ship on a faster service. Once shipped you will receive a tracking link via email to advise an ETA for your order arrival.

In some circumstances delivery to PO Boxes can attract a higher shipping rate. We recommend entering a commercial or residential as well as any instructions (i.e. please leave at door if not home). If a PO Box or Parcel Locker is requested for the shipping address your parcel may take a little longer as we do not send via our standard service.

RETURNS POLICY

At White Moose we know that sometimes things don't always go to plan and on occasion an item may need to be returned or replaced. To return an item to White Moose you must provide us with your order number so we can locate your receipt.

If stock is damaged or faulty we will ship you a new product and waive the shipping fee. You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with pictures of both the item and it's packaging. Please retain the original packaging and original item to have collected and returned to White Moose. Email these to info@whitemoose.com.au

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 30 day returns policy. To return an item please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order. The item/s must have their original packaging and be in its original condition for re-sale. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. White Moose is not responsible for any damages or losses in transit of returned items. We recommend sending as a tracked item with insurance. A refund will be issued once the product has been received and checked by staff for breaks or damages. The refunded amount will be the price paid for the product. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
